We are recruiting experienced professionals for our ongoing projects in the Lease Abstraction process. (Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.) The candidate should have substantial experience and expertise in lease abstraction and related processes.

Designation: Senior Analyst

Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Experience: 1-2 Years in Lease Abstraction Process

Academics: Any Undergraduate Degree, preferably B.A (English) / BBA / B.Com

Job Description: The candidate will work in the Lease Abstraction process. He / She will be responsible for extracting and summarizing key information from lease documents and entering it into the Client ERP system. The role also involves mentoring junior analysts and ensuring the quality and accuracy of abstracted data.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analyzing complex lease documents
  • Extracting key data points such as lease terms, rent details, and critical dates
  • Entering extracted data into the Client ERP system
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of abstracted data
  • Communicating with clients to clarify lease details when necessary
  • Preparing detailed reports based on abstracted data
  • Mentoring and training junior analysts
  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with company standards

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good typing skills
  • Energy, self-motivation, and a positive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work any shifts
