We're Hiring – Senior Data Analysts & Data Analytics Lead / Manager


Location:
Chennai (Work from Office)


Experience:
4–8 Years

Invictus is expanding its
Data Analytics team
and we're looking for talented professionals who are passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights.

Open Positions

  • 2 Senior Data Analysts
    (4–6 years experience)
  • 1 Data Analytics Lead / Manager
    (6–8 years experience)

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards and business reports.
  • Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Optimize queries, data models, and dashboards for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and build data-driven decision frameworks.
  • (For Lead/Manager role)
    Mentor the analyst team, oversee project delivery, and partner with leadership on analytics strategy and implementation.

Skills We're Looking For

  • Strong SQL skills
    (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with
    Tableau
    or other
    BI tools
    (Power BI)
  • Experience with
    Sigma
    (preferred for one of the roles)
  • Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver accurate insights under tight timelines.
