We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven expertise in the security services and/or facility management industry. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth in line with Infinity Protections' strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's client base in security and facility management services.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through networking, tender participation, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to align offerings with client needs.
- Achieve sales and revenue growth targets as defined by management.
- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent Infinity Protections at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development within the Security Services or Facility Management industry.
- Strong network of contacts in government, corporate, and institutional sectors is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
