Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze complex data reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Utilize advanced Excel features (formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.) to create, modify, and maintain detailed reports and dashboards.
- Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Create clear, visually compelling data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver reporting solutions that meet business needs.
- Continuously monitor and improve reporting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve performance and support organizational goals.Role & responsibilities
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to create meaningful and visually appealing data visualizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a reporting or data analysis role is preferred.
