We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is pivotal in managing core HR functions and fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Oversee the onboarding and exit processes to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally to support a healthy work culture.
  • Organize and coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Assist with performance management activities and documentation.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and resolving related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

(Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Working Days - Monday to Saturday (10 Am to 7 Pm)
