Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets for mobile products.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
- Contract & Performance Management:
- Negotiate terms and contracts for corporate sales agreements.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and generate reports for management.
- Brand & Market Presence:
- Ensure the effective placement of Vivo products in the market to enhance brand visibility.
- Represent Vivo at corporate events and build strong professional networks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, with strong experience in corporate or B2B sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the mobile market and consumer electronics.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis.
