Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets for mobile products.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Strategic Planning & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Contract & Performance Management:
  • Negotiate terms and contracts for corporate sales agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and generate reports for management.
  • Brand & Market Presence:
  • Ensure the effective placement of Vivo products in the market to enhance brand visibility.
  • Represent Vivo at corporate events and build strong professional networks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, with strong experience in corporate or B2B sales.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile market and consumer electronics.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis.

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
