**Job Description: Corporate Sales Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target corporate clients in line with company objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive corporate sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.

2. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.

3. **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide strategic insights to refine sales strategies and expand market presence.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within the client portfolio.

4. **Sales Planning and Reporting**:

- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
- Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions and sales activities.

5. **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences and trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

**Employment Type: Full Time**

**Salary Range**: 35,000 to 45000 plus incentives

**Experience**- 2 -4 years in Sales Industry
