**Job Description: Corporate Sales Coordinator - MALE/FEMALE**

(Language Known: English & Hindi - Fluent, Malayalam - Known)

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Relationship and Sales Management: Manage and nurture relationships with different corporate clients across PAN India. Act as a key point of contact for clients and actively engage in sales activities to secure new training deals.

Ø Training Needs Analysis: Analyze training requirements of clients, understanding their specific needs, and recommending suitable training solutions.

Ø Solution Identification: Identify appropriate training solutions, including internal and external trainers, course agendas, training dates, and lab facilities.

Ø Collaboration with Sales and Clients: Work closely with the Sales Team and clients, collaborating on various parameters to secure training deals successfully.

Ø Technical Call Management: Conduct technical calls with clients and trainers to set clear expectations for the training programs.

Ø Negotiation: Negotiate with trainers and vendors to achieve the expected profit margins while maintaining the quality of service.

Ø Training Delivery Management: Oversee the complete training delivery process on a PAN India basis. Manage logistics, including classroom arrangements, labs, trainer travel, and accommodation.

Ø Training Quality Assurance: Ensure flawless training delivery and meet the objectives of the training programs. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the training.

Ø Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback reports from trainees and prepare detailed analysis reports to share with clients for continuous improvement.

Ø Client and Trainer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and trainers, striving to improve the overall quality of service.

Ø Trainee Support: During training execution, connect with trainees to understand their challenges and resolve any issues promptly to prevent escalations.

Ø SAP Trainer Hiring: Oversee the hiring of SAP trainers, ensuring their competence and expertise align with the training requirements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
BCA/ MCA/ BTECH / Any Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience in managing relationships and sales with corporate clients.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in training delivery management on a PAN India basis.

Strong negotiation and communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and other languages.

Knowledge of SAP servers and SAP training processes.

Experience in hiring trainers for SAP and other technical domains.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle challenging situations.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
