**Role Overview**:
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing order processing, coordinating with dealers and internal departments, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations. The role requires excellent communication, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the **B2B Sales Team** and **dealers** for order processing, stock availability, and delivery updates.
- **Assist and coordinate with Apple Promoters** across various dealer outlets to monitor their **daily attendance, performance, and productivity**.
- Track **sales achievements and KPIs** of Apple Promoters and ensure timely reporting to internal management and **Apple Regional Heads**.
- Prepare and share **daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports**, including promoter performance summaries, for management and Apple reporting.
- Maintain and update **dealer-wise and promoter-wise sales data**, target achievements, and performance dashboards.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the **Sales and Marketing teams** in executing Apple channel programs and field promotions.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in FMCG, electronics, or distribution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up and multitasking ability.
- Laptop Compulsory
