**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire **corporate clients** for training programs in SAP, Cloud, AI, and other IT and Non-IT domains.
- Develop and execute **sales strategies** to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with HR, L&D, and decision-makers in **IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Consulting**firms.
- Pitch **customized corporate training solutions** to clients based on their workforce development needs.
- Handle the **entire sales cycle** from lead generation to deal closure, including **negotiations and contract signing**.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless **training delivery and post-sales support**.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging corporate training needs.

**Key Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in corporate training sales or B2B sales in the **EdTech/Training/IT sector**.
- Strong **networking skills** with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
- Knowledge of **SAP training and IT skill development trends** is a plus.
- Ability to work **independently and drive revenue growth**.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
