Job Title: Sales Executive - B2B

Company: Avanthika Interiors

Work Location: Trivandrum

Our client is one of the pioneers in the field of commercial interior solutions, delivering innovative and functional designs for offices, retail spaces, and corporate environments. With a head office in Trivandrum and a marketing office in Cochin, they provide modular workstations, customized furnishings, and turnkey interior solutions tailored to business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new B2B clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- **Two-wheeler preferred** for client visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

**Education**: Minimum **graduate** with **good English communication skills**.

**Experience**: 3-5 years (in the same field)

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 + Travel Allowance (TA) + Incentives

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
