**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets as assigned by the management.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets and potential sales points through proactive field visits.
- Conduct daily market visits as per the predefined monthly visit calendar.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from partner stores.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
- Support retail partners in increasing product visibility and in-store sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide timely feedback to the management.
- Participate in internal audits and actively contribute to team meetings and planning sessions.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good physical and mental health, with a proactive and positive approach.
- Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to present products effectively and negotiate deals confidently.
- Willingness to travel for field visits regularly.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 per month + TA/DA + Incentives
