About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign professional to manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard, along with the ability to translate marketing requirements into robust workflows and personalized communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard.
- Develop and manage workflows, segments, and audiences based on marketing briefs.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with other platforms (CRM, analytics, websites, etc.).
- Ensure campaign accuracy through rigorous QA, testing, and approval processes.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage data imports, exports, and transformations to support campaign needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to ensure campaigns meet business goals.
- Maintain campaign documentation, process flows, and technical configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise
in Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard (mandatory). - Strong knowledge of
workflow design, segmentation, and personalization
. - Proficiency in
SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
for email template customization. - Experience in
campaign automation, data management, and reporting
. - Familiarity with
integration of Adobe Campaign with CRM and analytics tools
. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
