About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Adobe Campaign Specialist
with strong hands-on experience in campaign management, solution design, and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in
Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC)
and/or
Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS)
, along with strong database and scripting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns using
    Adobe Campaign (Classic/Standard)
    .
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver campaign solutions.
  • Create, test, and optimize workflows, targeting logic, and personalization strategies.
  • Perform data management, segmentation, and audience targeting.
  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with external systems (CRM, websites, APIs, etc.).
  • Ensure best practices in campaign execution, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation support.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
Adobe Campaign Classic / Standard

Proficiency in
SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL)
for data handling & queries

Programming knowledge in
JavaScript, Java, VB, C#, or PHP

Familiarity with
HTML, CSS, XML, and DOM manipulation
for email templates

Experience in workflow design, campaign automation, and reporting

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

Experience with
Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
(AEM, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager)

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Understanding of deliverability best practices & GDPR/CCPA compliance

Education

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
