Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Adobe Campaign Classic who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade marketing automation solutions.

The consultant will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving end-to-end campaign management, and ensuring seamless integration of Adobe Campaign Classic with enterprise systems.

This role requires a strong balance of technical proficiency, solution architecture, and client-facing consulting expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Solution Design :

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Architect campaign solutions, including data schema design, workflow orchestration, and campaign logic.
• Design personalized and dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, etc.

Campaign Development & Optimization

• Build and optimize complex workflows, targeting queries, and campaign execution pipelines.
• Define and enforce best practices for campaign configuration, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and deliver optimization recommendations.

Data Integration & Technical Development

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Campaign Classic with CRM, web services, APIs, and external data sources.
• Develop custom scripts and logic using SQL and JavaScript to meet advanced campaign requirements.
• Ensure smooth handling of ETL processes, data imports/exports, and large-scale data management.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

• Collaborate with marketing, business, and IT stakeholders to translate business objectives into Adobe Campaign solutions.
• Provide technical consulting, training, and best practice guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign Classic (v6/v7) with expertise in implementation and support.

Strong Understanding Of

• Campaign management & orchestration
• Data schema design & extension
• Workflow configuration & automation
• Multi-channel marketing campaign execution

Solid Programming And Integration Skills

• SQL (queries, joins, performance optimization)
• JavaScript (scripting for workflow customization)
• SOAP/REST Web Services (API integrations)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot campaign issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.
• Strong client interaction skills, with experience in requirement gathering, solution presentation, and delivery management.
• Prior experience in an onshore-offshore model and working in an agile environment is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Campaign Classic (Developer/Architect/Business Practitioner).
• Experience with Adobe Campaign Standard or Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (AEM, Analytics, Target) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based marketing automation platforms and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, and compliance frameworks related to campaign management
