Job Description

1. 5-10 Years of experience in Multichannel Campaign Management.

2. Excellent knowledge and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience on Adobe Campaign Marketing Automation platform. Adobe Campaign Classic Certification is added plus.

3. Work with Clients to assess requirements

4. Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows

5. Configure the Adobe Campaign solution to customers requirement including Campaigns set-ups, building web pages using Scripting

6. Develop customer-specific solutions where necessary and document them

7. Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and, resolution

8. Create Implementation plans for new and existing clients

9. Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implemented

10. Product Installations, Upgrades and Configuration activities

11. Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which dont have dedicated Project Managers

12. Build great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team, Learn and Adopt best- practices from such teams globally

13. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations

14. Learn multiple Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions and provide multi-product Enablement and Integration solutions to strategic clients

15. Work with Digital Marketing Consultants to make recommendations in regard to Digital Marketing Suite technical implementations

16. Support additional team members by mentoring and teaching

17. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of Business Consulting Services to your clients

Skills:

1. Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)

2. Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP)

3. Knowledge of Web Technologies like HTML, and CSS would be a plus

4. Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation

5. Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated

6. Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages

7. Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events a plus

8. Project Management skills a plus

9. Ability to develop creative solutions to problems

10. Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment

11. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

12. Experience leading team members will be a plus
