Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory, consulting, and technical implementation services to customers on
    Adobe Campaign (Classic / Standard)
    .
  • Assess customer requirements, pain points, and goals, and recommend solution architecture, design, and roadmap.
  • Configure Adobe Campaign services such as
    Identity Service, Data Storage Layer, Profile dataset, and Real-time Customer Profile
    .
  • Implement
    data ingestion
    from CRM, MPNs, websites, and mobile apps using APIs, schemas, and data mappers.
  • Create and manage
    customer, visitor, and product audiences
    using segmentation (including AI/ML-powered segments).
  • Configure
    destinations
    to activate audiences across Email, Adobe Campaign, Ad Cloud, and CRM systems.
  • Implement
    campaign orchestration, triggers, automations, actions, messages, and offers
    .
  • Develop
    custom workflows, applications, and APIs
    to extend Adobe Campaign based on customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, debug, and optimize performance for customer implementations.
  • Provide
    post go-live support, enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades
    .
  • Conduct
    training sessions, knowledge transfer, and best practices sharing
    .
  • Track
    Adobe Campaign product updates
    and continuously improve recommendations for evolving business needs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in
    Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Standard
    .
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript, SQL, HTML/XML
    within Adobe Campaign.
  • Experience in
    APIs, data ingestion, workflow scripting, and integrations
    .
  • Strong consulting, debugging, and client-facing skills.
