Role Summary

We are looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR)
to lead our outreach efforts and help us build a strong fitness & wellness community.

From
cold emailing gyms and influencers
to
setting up activations
, you will be the first point of contact for Sattvic Wellness – sparking interest, driving leads, and opening doors for partnerships.

This is a
high-energy, impact-heavy role
perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on targets, and wants to learn how to grow a D2C startup from 0 → 1.

What You'll Be Doing

Researching & reaching out to
fitness influencers, gym owners, trainers, and wellness communities
via calls, DMs, and emails


Building relationships
and introducing AyurSurge with energy and authenticity

Generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for the founder

Sharing
market insights & feedback
from prospects to shape our pitch and product strategy

Helping set up
sampling activations, pop-ups, and events
in gyms and fitness studios

Supporting campaigns by coordinating influencer shoutouts, UGC, and partnerships

Maintaining a clean and updated outreach pipeline (CRM / tracker)

Requirements

Excellent
communication skills
(spoken + written)

Confidence to pick up the phone, walk into a gym, or DM influencers

Target-driven mindset with a hunger to hustle and close opportunities

Ability to think creatively about partnerships and community building

Basic comfort with Google Sheets/CRM tools to track leads

Bonus: Interest or experience in
fitness, health, or wellness
space
