Shubhamkriti Jewels is a premium jewelry brand known for blending traditional artistry with modern digital innovation. We are rapidly growing and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can not only drive online sales but also lead and manage a cross-functional creative team.

We want a sales-driven digital marketer who is:

  • Passionate about converting marketing efforts into actual revenue.
  • Full of innovative ideas for social media growth, especially Instagram Reels, campaigns, and creative content formats.
  • A natural leader, able to direct designers, e-commerce executives, and photographers towards achieving sales goals.
  • Enthusiastic about the jewelry & fashion space, with an eye for trends and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Graphic Designers, E-commerce Executive, Developers and Photographers.
  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies with a focus on sales growth.
  • Oversee Social Media Optimization (SMO), paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Direct the creative team to produce engaging reels, photoshoots, and content that drives online traction.
  • Analyze marketing performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with management to design promotional offers and campaigns that increase conversions.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead in jewelry e-commerce.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or jewelry/fashion/luxury industry.
  • Strong expertise in SMO, paid ads (Meta, Google), SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on creativity and idea generation for reels & social media campaigns.
  • Leadership qualities with prior experience in managing small to medium creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-focused mindset with ability to align creative outputs to business goals.
