Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
E-commerce Marketing & Ads Executive
who will be responsible for managing online sales channels, running paid ad campaigns, and optimising product visibility across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.). The role requires a mix of analytical thinking, digital marketing knowledge, and execution skills to drive growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Marketing:
- Manage and optimise product listings
(titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content)
. - Monitor marketplace performance
(Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
and improve product ranking. - Assist in creating promotional campaigns, offers, and coupons for sales growth.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, banners, and ad copies.
- Research competitor products, pricing, and market trends to suggest improvements.
Advertising & Paid Campaigns:
- Plan and run
Amazon Ads (PPC), Flipkart Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads
for e-commerce products. - Generate performance reports and share insights for better decision-making.
- Monitor and analyse ad campaigns to achieve higher
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
. - Optimise campaigns regularly
(bids, keywords, targeting, placements). - Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ACOS, and ROAS.
Skils Required:
- Basic understanding of
E-commerce platforms
(Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify). - Hands-on experience in
digital ads
(Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads). - Strong knowledge of
keyword research, SEO & campaign optimization
. - Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing / E-commerce Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
- 6 Months - 1 Year Experience in required field.
