Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
E-commerce Marketing & Ads Executive
who will be responsible for managing online sales channels, running paid ad campaigns, and optimising product visibility across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.). The role requires a mix of analytical thinking, digital marketing knowledge, and execution skills to drive growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Marketing:

  • Manage and optimise product listings
    (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content)
    .
  • Monitor marketplace performance
    (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
    and improve product ranking.
  • Assist in creating promotional campaigns, offers, and coupons for sales growth.
  • Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, banners, and ad copies.
  • Research competitor products, pricing, and market trends to suggest improvements.

Advertising & Paid Campaigns:

  • Plan and run
    Amazon Ads (PPC), Flipkart Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads
    for e-commerce products.
  • Generate performance reports and share insights for better decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyse ad campaigns to achieve higher
    ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
    .
  • Optimise campaigns regularly
    (bids, keywords, targeting, placements).
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ACOS, and ROAS.

Skils Required:

  • Basic understanding of
    E-commerce platforms
    (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify).
  • Hands-on experience in
    digital ads
    (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Strong knowledge of
    keyword research, SEO & campaign optimization
    .
  • Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Good communication & teamwork skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing / E-commerce Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 6 Months - 1 Year Experience in required field.
