E-commerce & Marketing Intern – Flawsome

Flawsome is India's first innovation-led personal care brand creating flushable sanitary pads, with a strong focus on sustainability and health impact. We're building a category-defining product and are looking for a driven intern to join our growth journey.

What You'll Do -

E-commerce Marketing & Operations (Primary Role)
Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other platforms.

Track and analyze sales performance, ad spends, and ROI.

Work on content optimization (titles, keywords, images, descriptions) to maximize discoverability.

Assist in campaign performance analysis and reporting.

SEO & Performance Marketing (Support Role)
Contribute to backend SEO improvements (keyword research, on-page optimization, competitor analysis).

Assist in performance marketing activities — data collection, ad performance tracking, reporting — to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For-

  • Prior internship experience in e-commerce / digital marketing preferred, but not mandatory for skilled freshers.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, reports, and metrics.
  • A fast learner with curiosity to explore both e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, or marketing analytics tools is a plus.
