**Job Title**: E-commerce Intern

**Location**: West Delhi

**Duration**: 3 to 6 months

**Stipend**: 5k to 8k

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated **E-commerce Intern** to support our online sales operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, online sales, and the evolving world of e-commerce. The intern will gain hands-on experience in managing online stores, optimizing product listings, analyzing customer behavior, and executing marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing for better visibility and conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for stock updates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media promotions.
- Support customer service operations by addressing queries, processing returns, and managing reviews.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, website traffic, and campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with e-commerce best practices and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
