**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**E-Commerce Operations**
- Manage and update the e-commerce website, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely availability of inventory for online platforms.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, including shipping and returns, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Sales and Performance**
- Monitor and analyze website and marketplace performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends).
- Implement strategies to maximize online sales, improve average order value, and reduce cart abandonment rates.

**Digital Marketing**
- Create and optimize product pages to improve search rankings and user engagement.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers.

**Customer Experience**
- Monitor and address customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Work on enhancing the UI/UX of the e-commerce platform for better customer engagement.

**Marketplaces and Partnerships**
- Manage accounts on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and ensure compliance with their policies.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors, logistics providers, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace management.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
