**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock in and stock out processes.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure that all stock movements are accurately recorded in the system.
- Manage the process for handling canceled orders, ensuring that items are returned to inventory or processed according to company policies.
- Supervise the relocation of salable stock within the warehouse, optimizing space and ensuring easy access to high-demand items.
- Manage liquidation racks for broken or unsellable goods, ensuring proper documentation and disposal according to company policies.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with the purchasing and sales teams to ensure that stock levels meet demand forecasts.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise junior warehouse staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
- Monitor and report on key warehouse metrics, such as stock accuracy and order fulfillment rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Store Keeper in an e-commerce warehouse environment.
- Proven experience in managing stock in and stock out processes, canceled orders, and relocation of stock.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and train warehouse staff.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ERP systems in an e-commerce setting.
- Certification in warehouse management or related fields.
- Experience in handling liquidation processes for damaged goods.
