An exciting opportunity to join as Sales Lead - West Zone in the Security Solutions division, covering the west region. This dynamic role involves driving revenue and profitability, leading channel development in the BFSI & NBFC sectors, and managing a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities- Achieving Sales and Profit Goals: Take full ownership of meeting sales targets and improving profitability across all product lines in the region.
- Building and Managing Channel Partners: Develop strong relationships with distributors and partners, especially in the BFSI & NBFC sectors, to grow the business.
- Driving Market Growth: Explore new business opportunities, run marketing activities, and expand the companys reach in both banking and non-banking sectors.
- Leading and Supporting the Sales Team: Manage a team of sales professionals by guiding, motivating, and helping them perform well and grow in their roles.
- Ensuring Smooth Operations: Keep a close eye on stock levels, reduce pending payments, and make sure all company policies and processes are followed properly.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (a relevant postgraduate degree is a plus).
- Work Experience: Around 18 years of experience in sales, preferably with experience in BFSI and channel management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage people effectively.
- Sales & Strategic Planning Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, target planning, and market development strategies.
- Customer & Result Orientation: Focused on delivering results while maintaining excellent customer relationships and service quality.
