Marketing & Communication
- Oversee the development of brand campaigns, digital presence, and promotional materials (brochures, videos, website, etc.).
- Collaborate with digital, design, and content teams to create storytelling that connects emotionally with students, healthcare professionals, and partners.
- Drive brand visibility through PR, social media, events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure all communication complies with healthcare education ethics and accreditation standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with academic leaders, faculty, and marketing teams to communicate educational value and impact.
- Build relationships with industry partners, healthcare organizations, and alumni to strengthen brand credibility.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners for branding projects.
Performance & Insights
- Monitor brand performance through KPIs such as awareness, engagement, enrollment influence, and reputation metrics.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends in healthcare education.
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership on brand effectiveness and improvement strategies.
