Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

A Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the TINT TONE AND SHADE brand, driving customer engagement and sales by overseeing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with TINT TONE AND SHADE's core values of affordability, design, and sustainability, while deeply understanding customer needs and market trends to position TINT TONE AND SHADE as the go-to destination for home furnishing solutions.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Strategic Planning: Creating comprehensive marketing plans aligned with TINT TONE AND SHADE's overall business goals, including target audience segmentation, brand positioning, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Campaign Development and Execution: Leading the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels like digital advertising, social media, print, in-store promotions, and events, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
• Customer Insights: Conducting market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and trends to inform marketing strategies and product development.
• Brand Management: Protecting and enhancing the TINT TONE AND SHADE brand image by maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Content Creation: Overseeing the creation of compelling content (e.g., product photography, videos, blog posts) that resonates with target audiences and highlights TINT TONE AND SHADE's unique selling points.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Managing TINT TONE AND SHADE's online presence including website, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and store operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Budget Management: Managing marketing budgets effectively to optimize ROI and achieve desired results.
• Performance Analysis: Tracking campaign performance through data analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments to marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
