About the Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Administration Manager with strong expertise in handling real estate operations, compliances, and regulatory requirements. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of RERA and should be able to manage administrative functions across projects, offices, and sites.

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the company & project sites.
  • Handle RERA-related documentation, compliance, and periodic updates.
  • Manage statutory records, approvals, and coordination with government authorities.
  • Vendor management, facility management, and office administration.
  • Support management in legal, HR, and finance coordination activities.
  • Draft letters, agreements, and official communication for authorities and clients.
  • Maintain smooth inter-departmental coordination and ensure deadlines are met.

Key Requirements:

  • 7–12 years of proven experience in real estate administration.
  • Mandatory RERA knowledge & hands-on compliance experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve operational issues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
