Overall Roles & Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and execute bakery & kitchen menu items (cakes, pastries, breads, snacks, etc.) as per company standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation of all food products.
* Monitor stock levels of raw materials and coordinate with the store/purchase department for timely replenishment.
* Maintain compliance with food safety standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
* Train and mentor junior chefs, assistants, and kitchen helpers.
* Assist in developing new recipes and menu innovations to attract customers.
* Control wastage, manage portioning, and monitor cost efficiency.
Key Skills Required
* Expertise in bakery and confectionery (cakes, breads, pastries, desserts).
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene standards.
* Ability to manage a team under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Creativity in recipe development and presentation.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
