Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Consultant with Aditi Travels in Bhopal.

As a Travel Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Handling reservations and arranging travel logistics.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Managing car rentals.
  • Driving sales through effective communication and relationship building with clients.
  • Involvement in the billing process for all travel and service transactions.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits of travel records and financial data.

Qualifications

  • Reservations and Travel Arrangements skills.
  • Experience in car rental and travel industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience in billing or invoicing procedures is required.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Proficiency in Advance MS Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Fluency in English.
