  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance employee experience (EX) and engagement.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels.

4. Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics

  • Design competitive pay structures, incentives, and long-term rewards.
  • Leverage HR analytics to inform talent and performance decisions.
  • Ensure statutory compliance under Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, etc.).

5. Technology & Digital HR

  • Lead HR digital transformation automate processes, deploy HRIS/ERP (e.g., Workday, SAP, Darwinbox).
  • Use analytics to improve workforce planning, retention, and engagement.

6. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, ethics, and legal frameworks.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and risk mitigation.
  • Represent HR function in board meetings, audits, and investor reviews.
