We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Officer (Executive) to join our team at Park Hyatt Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including recruitment, training, and employee development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
