Job Title: Manager - Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in expanding the customer base, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth for our crane rental business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, equipment rental services, and marketing strategy—preferably within the construction, heavy machinery, or logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, logistics, and other relevant industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to position services competitively.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client issues or disputes promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction services.
  • Strong knowledge of crane types and their applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Knowledge of crane operations, equipment specifications, and rental models

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹49, ₹50,000.00 per month
