Job Overview:

As an
HR Recruiter
, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for IT roles while also helping build and maintain an
engaging, employee-driven office culture
. This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute directly to the success and culture of our organization.


Key Responsibilites:


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for IT and roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through
    LinkedIn, Indeed
    , and
    other professional networks
    .
  • Conduct
    screening calls, interviews
    , and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain
    daily recruitment reports, candidate databases
    , and
    pipeline tracking
    .
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and improve hiring processes
  • Support HR functions such as
    employee engagement, performance tracking
    , and
    campus recruitment
    .


HR Operations & Support

  • Maintain
    recruitment reports, HR databases
    , and onboarding documents.
  • Participate in
    campus recruitment drives
    and
    employer branding
    efforts.


Employee Engagement & Office Culture

  • Plan and execute
    employee engagement activities
    , celebrations, and team-building programs.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive
    office culture
    .
  • Conduct feedback sessions and assist in
    employee retention and motivation strategies
    .
  • Maintain internal communication (announcements, newsletters, recognition programs).


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    HR, Management, or Business Administration
    .
  • 0.6 to 1.5 years
    of hands-on experience in recruitment (preferably in an IT setup).
  • Excellent
    communication, interpersonal
    , and
    relationship management skills
    .
  • Creative mindset with interest in
    office engagement and culture building
    .
  • Proficiency with
    ATS tools, Excel, and job portals
    .
  • Strong sense of ownership, multitasking, and time management abilities.
