Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:-
Design and execute talent acquisition & End-to-end Recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with department heads to forecast talent needs and ensure timely hiring for critical roles.
Team Members Development & Performance Management:-
Develop and implement training programs and career development frameworks that support team members growth and internal mobility.
Establish robust performance management systems to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support goal achievement to drive a culture of accountability and growth.
Promote a learning culture by spotting skill gaps, coaching, and continuous professional development by leading impactful training programs.
Team Members Engagement & Culture Building :-
Lead initiatives to enhance team members engagement, satisfaction, and create an inclusive and motivating workplace.
Foster open communication and implement programs that reinforce core values and positive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance:-
Oversee all HR policies, procedures, systems, and compliance-related matters, aligned with company's goals and values.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company standards across all HR activities.
Optimize HR technology and reporting tools for efficient operations and decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess impact and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities. HR Operations & Payroll – Manage systems, compliance, and monthly payroll.
