Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers with a passion for HR and talent acquisition are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
  • Positive attitude and professionalism.
