Job Description – Team Leader | Mandate Sales (Launch & Sustenance)

Location Pune – on-site (developer office + project site)

Fixed CTC ₹70,000 – ₹90,000 / month

Variable Pay (Incentives) Un-capped; target On-Target-Earnings (OTE)

Roster Six-day week
• Monday/Tuesday weekly off
• Saturday & Sunday mandatory site duty

Travel Reimbursement Fuel @ ₹8/km for personal 4 wheeler and @3/km for personal 2 wheeler for Customer and CP OBMs

Role Purpose

Lead a 6–8-member mixed team (lead-gen + closers) to achieve launch/activation and sustenance sales targets for an exclusive mandate project. Activate regional channel-partner (RCP) network, drive direct site visits, and close bookings while maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene.

Key Responsibilities & Success Metrics

Coach & drive team (training, daily huddles etc) 10%

Expand & nurture CP network across Pune 50%

Personally monitor and help team close deals 35 %

Reporting, forecast, CRM hygiene 5 %

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–8 years front-line real-estate sales with a developer or mandate-sales firm (non-brokerage back office doesn't count)

  • Minimum one full launch cycle led (from soft launch to sustenance)

  • Proven leadership of ≥ 4 team members

  • Established CP relationships in West Pune

  • Hands-on with CRM

  • Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi; strong negotiation skills

  • Sound grasp of MahaRERA, stamp duty & agreement clauses

  • Exposure to digital lead funnels (Meta, Google, 99acres, Housing)

  • MBA / PGDM (Marketing or Real-Estate)
