
Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in our business development initiatives, specifically by generating qualified leads for our Home Loan products. This role is ideal for a proactive and articulate professional who excels at building rapport and navigating complex conversations with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients with the objective of generating and qualifying leads.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis with potential clients to identify suitable financial solutions and align with our product offerings.
- Accurately and meticulously maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions and lead statuses within our CRM system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Home Loan sales team to facilitate a smooth and efficient handover of qualified leads.
- Consistently meet or exceed predefined targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales capacity would be appreciated, anyways "FRESHERS" are most welcomed.
- Possesses exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrates a high degree of resilience, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales-related technologies.
- A strong commitment to professional excellence and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
