**Responsibilities**:

- Advise present or prospective clients by answering inbound & outbound calls.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information of Ugaoo’s corporate services.
- Address customer queries/complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective

resolution as per company policies.
- Will be responsible to ensure customer happiness.

- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and approaches for corporate sales.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in relevant field (telecalling/telesales).
- Experience into corporate gifting would be preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
- Must be energetic, positive, flexible, and proactive with a natural sense of curiosity, a can-do attitude and the desire to make work fun
