Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-ground activities. This role demands excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while representing the company in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and networking.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
  • Collect competitor information and provide insights to the management team.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit logs.
  • Represent the brand professionally in the market.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, EdTech, Retail, Telecom, or similar sectors preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
