Job Summary:

The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and managing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery and optimal efficiency. The role involves handling logistics operations, vendor management, shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations (inbound and outbound).
  • Plan and monitor transportation of goods to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain records of shipment, invoices, and other related documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Track and update shipment status; resolve issues such as delays or damages.
  • Optimize routes and transportation costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance, costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist in stock audits when required.
  • Support procurement and operations teams with logistics insights and planning.
