We enable transporters and truckers to seamlessly connect, discover, and transact freight by leveraging cutting-edge technology and building innovative solutions on a global scale. The Indian logistics industry includes over 10 million long-haul trucks, mostly owned by small truck owners who struggle to find suitable loads on time. We aim to empower these truck owners through our proprietary Truck Discovery Model, creating a unique network of fleet, routes, and nodes aligned to the demand-supply dynamic.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Traffic Executive/Traffic Incharge located in Bengaluru. The Traffic Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing truck movements, ensuring timely and efficient load distribution, tracking shipments, resolving logistical issues, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role involves liaising with drivers and transporters, optimizing route planning, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in logistics and transportation management
  • Skills in route planning and optimization algorithms
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics and transportation industry is a plus
