Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate logistics operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with transport vendors, warehouse managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with transport vendors to arrange and monitor dispatches.
  • Collaborate with warehouse managers to ensure proper inventory management and timely loading/unloading.
  • Track deliveries end-to-end and provide regular updates to internal teams.
  • Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and logistics documentation.
  • Resolve any logistics or delivery-related issues with vendors and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Optimize routes and costs while maintaining service efficiency.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 14 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse coordination.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics software/tools (ERP, MS Excel, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure.
