Role & responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the movement of shipments (import/export and domestic).
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport service providers.
  • Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays or discrepancies.
  • Manage warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on shipments, inventory, and logistics performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, production) to align logistics activities with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

  • Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP software (preferred).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments.
