Position Logistics & EXIM Executive

Location – Bengaluru

Job Overview

Responsible for managing end-to-end logistics and EXIM operations including domestic, import,

and export movements - ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and smooth

coordination across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle export and import documentation – invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, etc.
  • Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with all regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers.
  • Track shipment status, resolve transit or clearance issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage sample dispatches and documentation, optimizing turnaround time.
  • Support supply chain operations to improve logistics efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Logistics.
  • 0–1 year of experience in logistics, EXIM, or customs operations.
  • Knowledge of export-import processes, customs laws, and Incoterms.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
