Position- Senior Marketing Manager, Channel Innovation & Digital EnablementRole Summary:This role is the digital and executional backbone of DTDC's Channel Marketing function. Working closely with the DGM – Channel Marketing, this person will design, deploy, and scale high-impact programs for DTDC's 16500 channel partners. From communication strategy and performance tracking to new product rollouts and loyalty campaigns, this individual will turn complexity into action-driving partner awareness, adoption, and alignment.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner Communication & AwarenessOwn the end-to-end communication calendar for partner-facing updates—product launches, new policies, training modules, etc. Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms through tutorials, campaigns, and feedback loops.

Work with the creative teams to design creative newsletters, WhatsApp updates, short video explainers, and mobile-first content for continuous engagement.2. Program Design & DeploymentLaunch and manage partner engagement programs-campaigns, competitions, tiered rewards, digital branding kits, etc. Create onboarding and refresh campaigns for underperforming or new partners.

Collaborate with design/video teams to create agile toolkits, guides, and explainers that simplify complex topics. 3. Performance Tracking & AnalyticsBuild dashboards to track partner communication reach, training completion, incentive participation, and campaign effectiveness.

Identify channel gaps and flag areas where marketing support or education is needed. Drive data-driven decision-making through monthly reviews and iterative improvements. 4.

Digital Branding & Local EngagementEnsure DTDC branding kits are adapted and deployed effectively across partner touchpoints (stores, fleets, digital, etc.). Co-create localized partner marketing content for regional needs and peak periods (festivals, regional launches, etc.). Roll out digital upgrades (e.g., new app features, APIs, reporting tools) with clear, actionable partner education.

5. Stakeholder & Field Team CollaborationWork closely with field teams, zonal heads, and the DGM to ensure on-ground alignment. Be the agile executor who brings strategy to life with speed and scale.

Must-Have Experience:4–7 years in digital marketing, trade/channel marketing, or partner enablement. Experience designing programs for distributed networks (e.g., franchisees, dealers, agents). Strong grasp of communication tools, campaign management, and content formats.

Data-savvy with experience in using dashboards or CRM systems for tracking.
