  • Develop and maintain a strategic program to implement the innovation strategy, ensuring that necessary resources are available.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to align goals and strategies for projects.
  • Conduct research and experiments to test assumptions and confirm proposed solutions.
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of the innovation process and implement staff training programs.
  • Align and integrate the innovation strategy with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or information management, along with six or more years of relevant work experience in quantitative problem-solving, technical skills, and program management.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing the development of multi-year product and service roadmaps.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to create creative solutions.
  • Communicating recommendations to senior management and working with product development, marketing, and operations teams to execute on strategic initiatives.

In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
