Product Manager Job Opportunity

At Amazon Pay, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the roadmap for scaling our rewards offerings across emerging markets.

This role requires a strong understanding of working in a global product at a large scale and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across countries to launch successful products. As a Product Manager, you will have direct exposure to senior leaders within Amazon and work closely with the Product Leader for Rewards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong background in online product development and innovative solutions.
  • Comfortable handling hands-on day-to-day problem-solving and implementing quick action plans to meet short-term priorities.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to manage programs by numbers, being metrics-driven.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in product, program, or project management leading cross-functional teams in delivering major new products or services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and communicating results throughout the organization.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
