We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the development of innovative software solutions. This role requires a forward-thinking professional with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, proven leadership experience, and the ability to inspire and guide software developers to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision
    • Develop and communicate a product vision that aligns with business objectives and technical standards.
    • Ensure clear translation of business requirements into actionable development tasks.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, productivity, and accountability.
    • Provide leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
    • Implement agile methodologies and best practices in product development.
  • Product Development & Delivery
    • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
    • Ensure products meet functional, technical, and design standards.
    • Collaborate with QA and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Present product updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations.
    • Balance business needs with technical feasibility and team capacity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver applications and SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience working directly with international teams/HQ.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing distributed or multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, APIs, mobile ecosystems, etc.).
  • Background in scaling SaaS or mobile app products internationally.
