About Bryan & CandyBryan & Candy is a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand offering a premium range of personal care, skincare, and haircare products. Having established a strong presence through online channels, we are now expanding aggressively into offline markets. We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with deep expertise in offline sales strategies and a proven track record in the cosmetics and personal care industry.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our offline sales network across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling cosmetics and personal care products through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive offline sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across India.
- Build strong relationships with trade partners and negotiate terms, margins, and trade schemes.
- Drive revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and in-store visibility.
- Expand presence in both
General Trade and Modern Trade formats, including large retail chains and regional outlets.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage a team of regional sales representatives and coordinate their activities for maximum impact.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Travel extensively to oversee market operations and build regional networks.Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant sales experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry.
- Proven track record of success in offline channel sales, including GT and MT.
- Strong understanding of distributor and retailer management, territory development, and sales operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
